CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE SCHEDULE

MAY 23 – 26, 2024

The conference will take place in person Thursday, May 23 – Sunday, May 26, 2024 at

The Galt House, 140 N. Fourth Street, Louisville, Kentucky, 40202.

Please take note of the following key areas:

• The Conference Registration includes the Undergraduate Luncheon, Amicae Breakfast, Awards Dinner, Conference and Registration Materials, Opening Public Program, Business Sessions, Conference Gift, and Workshops.
• Only purchase additional tickets if you are buying a ticket for your guest(s).
• Please do not submit two registrations for the same individual.
• Please use one email address per registration for voting purposes and important updates.
• Registrations are not transferable.

Conference Registration Refunds:

• • Conference Registration Refunds must be requested by the end of Sunday, March 31, 2024.
  • All refund requests will be processed after the conference.
  • A processing fee will be assessed to each refund in the amount $150.
  • Please submit registration refund requests to Erica Bean, Regional Tamias-Grammateus, at greatlakestg2@gmail.com
  • The Whova Processing Service Fees will not be refunded. Please use the same email address as used for the initial registration for all refund requests.

As a conference registrant:

• Meal tickets are included in your paid registration.
• Only purchase additional ticket(s) for your guests:

  • Awards Dinner – $80
  • Life Members Luncheon (Life Members Only) – $75
